Discipleship and disciple making don’t end when college students graduate. A whole new opportunity opens up. Trained as disciples in college, graduates are encouraged to infiltrate the workplace as agents of change. Young men and women exhibit Godly character and vocational excellence and make an impact on people around them. Some also volunteer outside of office hours to help in the student ministries.

The relationship between the disciple maker and the disciple doesn’t necessarily have to end once one graduates. One-on-one follow-up continues and group Bible studies with other professionals can help the newly graduated make the transition to a new season in life and continue to deal with issues affecting his or her personal and spiritual growth.
